Program Manager, SNAP Outreach and Volunteer Services

James is the Program Manager overseeing the operations of the SNAP Outreach program, aspects of the Community Clearinghouse and volunteer coordination. His duties include setting program directions, developing outreach strategies and community partnerships and maintaining contract compliance. James is also responsible for data tracking and report writing for contract monitors, client intakes and conducting trainings and workshops.

He is a graduate of Kaimuki High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from Whittier College. He also serves on the agency’s Safety Committee.

Fun Fact: James enjoys food, both eating and making; movies; books; theater; board games; video games and e-sports.
