Jennifer Cabe, LMHC, QMHP

Clinical Team Lead

It’s an incredible honor to join individuals on their journey of growth. Each client and individual I come across, gives me the honor of both hearing and holding their pain. If that isn’t sacred, I don’t know what is.

Jennifer was born and raised in Kalihi, Hawaii. She is a proud Farrington Governor and happy to be working right in her hometown. In 2011, she graduated from Hawaii Pacific University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Political Science. She then moved to the Pacific Northwest to continue her education in Spokane, Washington at Gonzaga University. In 2013, she graduated with her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling. She moved back home to Hawaii and has worked as a counselor and acting clinical director in a variety of non-profit settings that serve the following communities: individual, couples, families, high-risk youth, substance abuse, dual diagnosed, women and children (gender specified). She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Hawaii. She has completed the first level of Externship in Emotionally-Focused Therapy.

It is Jenn’s goal to strive to make others feel safe and heard. It is where they feel safe that they are able to access courage. Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.

Fun fact: Jenn loves to write! She is currently writing a book, and hoping it can be published one day.
