Kristine is a Program Manager who provides general coordination and day-to-day supervision of the Community Clearinghouse, Emergency Assistance and Pūnāwai programs. She is responsible for overseeing the direct intake of consumers applying for public benefits, emergency support, short-term financial assistance payments and material assistance. She is also responsible for compliance with all State, Federal and private contract and grant requirements relating to the delivery of support through her programs.

Kristine is a graduate of Waipahu High School and holds a bachelor’s degree in Family Resources from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is a member of the Honolulu Community Action Program (HCAP) Central District Office advisory board.

Fun fact: Kristine collects and grows succulent and cactus plants. She also has an obsession for pineapples.
