Community Clearinghouse Warehouse Office Supervisor

“I am always striving to give back to others because I would not be where I am today if it were not for those who have helped me.”

As the Warehouse Office Supervisor, Maria oversees the Community Clearinghouse (CCH) office and warehouse operations, including supervision of staff, facility and vehicle maintenance and inventory control. She manages the agency’s call center, coordinates events between programs within Helping Hands Hawaii and provides general office and dispatching support to the CCH. Additionally, Maria interacts with CCH clients by conducting intakes and scheduling their appointments and CCH donors by scheduling their donation pickups.

Maria graduated with dual degrees in Political Science and International studies with minors in French and Peace Studies from Oregon State University. She served on the Oregon Vietnamese Community board and is currently active in the Vietnamese Community of Hawaii. She has a background in community organizing and small business management.

Fun Fact: Maria loves salsa dancing.
