Customer Service Specialist (Full-Time)

A full time position to provide general office and dispatching support to the Bilingual Access Line.  To comply with company code of ethics, confidentiality practices, HIPAA, safety and all other policies and procedures.



  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service experience.
  • Data entry experience utilizing MS Word, Excel and/or Access.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of word processing programs & standard office practices and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively work with culturally diverse population of people, i.e. communicate ideas and ask questions.
  • Able to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
  • Capable of working under pressure and with a variety of people.
  • Ability to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of policies and procedures related to customer service.
