Program Clerk (Full-Time)

Performs basic administrative duties to meet the needs of the Representative Payee Program. This includes, but is not limited to; maintaining records, sorting, filing, making copies, scanning, faxing, and shredding. Maintains and reviews clinical and organizational filing systems, client documentation, reports and memos. Creates charts and documents. Organizes and files client chart in a timely and accurate manner. Archives client files and/or charts for storage.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Working knowledge of Windows computer programs, including database programs such as Excel.
  • Ability to type 50 wpm.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with a variety of people. TB clearance, First Aid/CPR certification.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
