Are you at least 18 years old and looking to gain professional work experience through an internship? Are you searching for an opportunity to apply classroom principles to real-life situations in a practical setting?
Helping Hands Hawai‘i (HHH) welcomes interns and practicum students who are interested in participating in a non-paid internship/practicum. Students with major coursework in the fields of health, behavioral health, social science and social work are highly encouraged to apply. Students who study other subjects, such as accounting, human resources or foreign languages, should also consider HHH if you are interested in working within the nonprofit sector and would like to learn about nonprofit management.
If you are interested in participating in an internship or practicum for the Fall 2015 semester, send a signed and completed Volunteer Application Form to James Li at firstname.lastname@example.org. For more information, contact James at 440-3812 or Maria at 440-3857.
