To assist applicants going through financial hardship with material and financial assistance and provide referrals to other resources as needed. To serve as a liaison between the CCH/EAP, program participants and community partners.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responds to all incoming inquiries/requests via phone, and email from households facing financial hardship by providing information and services/assistance in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
- Process applications and conducts follow-ups with applicants, including helping to gather required documents and meeting application timelines to determine eligibility based upon applicable grant and program
- Inputs applicant data into an outcome tracking
- Provides referrals to social service agencies and other community resources to applicants and establishes a plan of action to pursue such referrals if
- Assist Program Coordinator with financial literacy
- Conducts outreach with Program Coordinator to promote program services to potential
- Responds to inquiries, questions and concerns from landlords, vendors and other social service agencies regarding the
- Completes administrative tasks, which include but may not be limited to, forms processing, data entry, photocopying, word processing and filing.
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for maintaining the Company’s accounting records on a timely basis, which includes the general ledger, accounts receivables and accounts payable ledger, trial balance and other financial reports.
To provide interpretation services upon request for community agencies.
Drives company vehicles and/or other vehicles to transport materials to and from specified destinations, by performing the essential duties. To provide timely pick-up, warehousing, and distribution of incoming goods, which may include pulling and selecting with a forklift, and/or pallet jack, and/or manually. Organizes route and ensures trip list is timely and accurate. Ensures that pick-ups are conducted in a courteous manner.
