“Being part of a strong team that continuously strives to make an impact on our communities brings me joy and happiness knowing we’re making a difference in many lives.”  

Cayla serves as the Employment Coordinator and provides coordination and oversight of employment. She works closely with management to facilitate job openings and develop hiring strategies. Some of her duties include attending job fair events, developing relationships, and actively recruiting potential candidates. 

Cayla is a graduate of Kapolei High School. She’s also a team mom accountant and fundraising ticket designer for her kids’ flag football team.  

Fun fact: When she was younger, Cayla dreamed of becoming an architect because she was very fascinated with the art and technique of building designs.
