Dani is the Director of Operations who oversees program operations to guarantee quality and mission-focused service. She is actively involved in identifying opportunities for growth to further increase our impact. Dani has devoted a decade to the nonprofit sector developing service programs, fundraising, coordinating events, and strategic planning. She has been awarded twice for the Commanders Award for Public Service.

Although Dani has no clue what she wants to do when she grows up – serving communities to improve their well-being and giving voice to those in need has been her biggest motivator. Dani completed her undergraduate work at Austin Peay State University and her MBA at Colorado State University.

Fun fact: Dani loves to travel – her preference on getting there is to run.
