Jessica is the Program Manager for Bilingual Access Line (BAL), which provides interpreters and translation services to Limited English Proficient (LEP) individuals who seek services and organizations that provide services to LEP communities. She oversees a staff of more than 35 interpreters and manages the scheduling, billing, and insurance claims processing of BAL services. Jessica is also the agency’s IT specialist and HIPAA Security Officer.

She graduated from Radford High School and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Computer Information System from Hawaii Pacific University.
