Sandy is an Accounting Manager responsible for maintaining the agency’s accounting records and internal control systems. She supervises accounting clerks to ensure their work is properly allocated, completed timely and accurate, and in accordance with Accounting policies, procedures, and GAAP.
She has a BA in Accounting and a minor in Speech from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Important tools that help her succeed are attention to detail and always looking for the best solutions. She loves working with an open mind and listening to people to strive for the best outcomes.
Fun Fact: Sandy likes playing Angry Birds 2 daily. So far, her streak is 1,450+ days and counting. Her favorite parts of the game are the Clan Event and striving to achieve her best score. Other than Angry Birds, she love crystals and Mother Nature.
